A. Standard booth management regulations:
1. The configuration of the standard booth must not be disassembled or modified by oneself, otherwise the organizer has the right to forcibly restore it to its original state, and all costs and consequences incurred or damaged shall be borne by the exhibitor.

2. In addition to the basic configuration mentioned above, if you need to rent other exhibition equipment, please apply to the main venue personnel in advance and pay the fees as the on-site rental exhibition equipment takes a long time to arrive.

3. It is prohibited to directly post adhesive, spray paint, drill holes, and other damaging behaviors on the exhibition boards in the booth. If posters need to be pasted on the exhibition boards, it is recommended to use removable adhesive with a back panel size of 0.93mW * 2.35mH. When removing the exhibition, it is necessary to clean and restore it to its original state. If there is any damage, compensation will be required.

4. The standard power socket in the standard booth is 500W. It is strictly prohibited to add additional lighting fixtures without authorization. If exhibitors bring non lighting electrical equipment (such as televisions, refrigerators, water heaters, and other high-power electrical equipment), they must rent an additional power box. Otherwise, any regional tripping or power outage accidents caused by this will be borne by the exhibitors themselves.

5. All arrangements must not exceed the booth area. Exhibits, promotional materials, and other arrangements placed beyond this booth will be removed and will not be returned.
During the exhibition period, exhibitors are requested to promptly remove all items from their booths to prevent loss.

B. Exhibition precautions:

1. Private booth allocation is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the booth application qualification will be permanently cancelled, and the participation in our company's exhibitions held in various places will be refused.
Live streaming activities must be conducted within the booth, and live streaming or walking through public channels is not allowed without permission.

2. For exhibits placed beyond this booth and items that seriously obstruct the passage, all exhibits beyond the booth will be confiscated and will not be returned.

3. The distribution of gifts and promotional materials is limited to this booth. Any items that exceed the scope will be confiscated. Please do not place flower baskets or any form of promotional display stands outside your own booth or in public passages.

4. The use of flammable, explosive, harmful, and dangerous goods is prohibited in the exhibition hall.

5. The use of audio equipment should be controlled within the range of 70 decibels. Exhibitors are prohibited from using audio equipment that generates noise and interferes with other exhibitors.

6.During the exhibition, exhibitors are not allowed to withdraw midway for any reason.

7. Please do not dine in the booth or public passages. All personnel are strictly prohibited from bringing any food that emits odors, such as takeout, lunch boxes, instant noodles, etc. into the exhibition hall. Dining is prohibited in the booth and passages. Please dine in the dining area of the exhibition hall.

8. Please take good care of the exhibits and personal belongings to avoid loss.

C. Clearance Notice:
